Magnetic Academy Celebrates Its First Graduation Ceremony

  In early February, the   Magnetic MRO 's own workplace-based training program, Magnetic Academy, closed its first training course called Zero2Hero by celebrating 12 students completing it. At a graduation rate of 80%, the students finished the theoretical part required for the hands-on work taking place at the dedicated MRO facilities.   "Receiving this certification lays the ground in helping apprentices work towards their B1/B2 license. The graduates also have the opportunity now to join the Magnetic Academy second course - Part -66 in 3 years, where they will start doing their module exams," shares Ene Krinpus, CHRO at  Magnetic Group .   The second flight of the Magnetic Academy initial Zero2Hero course has already been assembled, and the apprentices have already begun their aviation journey.
